A. is a graduate of The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College), B.S. in Biology with a Chemistry minor, 1998; and

B. is a graduate of Tulane Law School, J.D., 2003, cum laude, where he was Editor in Chief of the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, and Student Attorney for the Tulane Civil Litigation Law Clinic; and

C. is licensed to practice in the State of New York, 2004, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, 2005.
