On March 3 and 4, 2015, the Honorable Katherine B. Forrest issued two Opinions and Orders dismissing certain foreign Defendants for lack of personal jurisdiction and certain holding companies and other foreign affiliates of Defendants. The Court has indicated that a third Opinion and Order is forthcoming. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants combined, conspired or agreed to fix or manipulate prices of primary aluminum from at least November 2009 to the present. The Firm is Co-Lead Counsel.
