On Friday, February 13, 2015, the Honorable Katherine B. Forrest held a hearing on class certification in In re Crude Oil Commodity Futures Litig., 11-cv-03600 (S.D.N.Y.). Professor Joseph Mason testified for Plaintiffs and Dr. Ramsey Shehadeh testified for Defendants. The Court reserved decision on class certification.
