Ploss, et al. v. Kraft Foods Group, Inc., et al., 15-cv-2937 (N.D. Ill.)

On June 27, 2016, the Honorable Edmond E. Chang issued a memorandum opinion and order substantially denying Defendants’ motion to dismiss the consolidated complaint in this action alleging manipulation of Chicago Board of Trade soft red winter wheat futures contract prices, particularly between November 1 and December 31, 2011, but also between January 1, 2003 and January 2014. Persons who purchased or sold CBOT wheat futures contracts during this time are members of the Class and should retain their records if they wish to participate in any financial recovery that may be obtained in this action.
