Precision Associates, Inc. et al., v. Panalpina World Transport (Holding) LTD. et al, 08‑cv‑0042 (E.D.N.Y.)

On November 4, 2016, the Honorable Brian M. Cogan granted final approval to Plaintiffs’ settlements with the DHL and Hellmann Defendants in Precision Associates, Inc. v Panalpina World Transport, No. 1:08-cv-00042-BMC-PK. The settlements bring the total expected proceeds to approximately $490 million recovered on these claims that the world's leading freight forwarders conspired to manipulate and fix the prices that they charged for their services. Class members have until April 3, 2017 to file a proof of claim to participate in the settlements with the DHL and Hellmann Defendants.  See https://www.freightforwardcase.com.
