On January 28, 2014, the Honorable John J. Gleeson denied substantially all of the motions by Defendants to dismiss claims that Defendants agreed to fix the prices of freight forwarding services in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Antitrust Act (“Sherman Act”).

Partial settlements of $134,000,000 have so far been obtained in this action. https://www.freightforwardcase.com/en.
