On August 22, 2025, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the dismissal of Plaintiffs’ Sherman Act claims arising out of Defendants’ over-the-counter Euribor derivative transactions in the United States as to Defendants UBS AG (“UBS”) and The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC (“RBS”).
